1. About SeekHut and these Terms

SeekHut is a marketplace platform operated by OOG Project OÜ (registry code pending), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia. By accessing or using SeekHut, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use SeekHut. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Platform Role and Limitations

SeekHut acts solely as an intermediary platform that connects seekers (those who need services or items) with taskers (those who offer services or items). We do not provide, perform, or guarantee any services listed on the platform. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between SeekHut and any user, or between users themselves, by virtue of using the platform. Seekers and taskers are independent parties who contract directly with each other.

4. User Responsibilities

When using SeekHut, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile, listings, and offers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Communicate respectfully and honestly with other users.
• Not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
• Not use the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Not attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system or fees.
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the platform without permission.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Payments on SeekHut are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. SeekHut may charge fees for certain services, including listing creation, promotions, or other premium features. All applicable fees will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.

Because SeekHut is an intermediary and does not control the services provided by taskers, all sales are final and no refunds are available through SeekHut once a payment is processed. If a dispute arises regarding the quality or completion of work, seekers and taskers must resolve the matter directly between themselves.

6. Intellectual Property

The SeekHut name, logo, website design, and all associated content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of OOG Project OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to SeekHut (such as listings, descriptions, images, and reviews). By posting content, you grant SeekHut a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeekHut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform, nor do we guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by taskers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOG Project OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of SeekHut shall not exceed the amount you paid to SeekHut in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution

SeekHut does not mediate disputes between users. If a disagreement arises regarding a listing, offer, or completed work, the seeker and tasker are responsible for resolving the issue directly. We may provide general guidance about platform usage but are not responsible for the outcome of any dispute.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of SeekHut shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Estonia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

SeekHut reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or conduct that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use SeekHut ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Closing your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to closure, including payment of any outstanding fees.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the bottom of this page and may notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of SeekHut after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.
